Before you write
Most setup issues are answered in the homepage troubleshooting section: the ISO lives in /storage/emulated/0/Black with its downloaded name unchanged, the launcher can also register it through Import game, and both files should match the byte sizes printed on the download page. If your message is about performance, your phone model and Android version help us reproduce it on the test rack.
Response times
We reply within two working days, usually faster. The original game belongs to Criterion Games and Electronic Arts; questions about the 2006 console releases themselves belong with them, but the Android port and this site are ours to support.
